Working in film is a curious beast. Every project has its own rhythms and temperament, and one can never know for certain how each one will go.

 

The thrill of preparing oneself mentally and physically for the challenge, hoping that your past experiences, current abilities, and strength of character get you through to the other side, are what keep me engaged and inspired. I thoroughly enjoy the problem-solving aspects of the job, as well the constant focus on what will make the look of a production, a resounding success.

 

I bring a large variety of skills to any team, but particularly enjoy the coordinating and planning aspect in pre-production, as well as maintaining a cohesive and inspired Art Dept team - key aspects I find, that lay the groundwork for any successful project.

 

I have experience shooting in both Johannesburg and Cape Town, am very hands-on and up for pretty much anything - all while keeping a curious and lighthearted mindset throughout.
